  3. The High Yield Cash account is offered through Alpaca in association with BMO Bank N.A. Plata Inversiones does not collect customer funds or pay interest. Under the Alpaca FDIC Bank Sweep Program, available cash balances are swept into deposit accounts at participating banks. Interest is paid by the participating banks through Alpaca, not by Plata Inversiones. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) insurance limits apply.   4. The CNBV exclusively supervises the provision of (i) investment advisory services (securities investment advisory services, analysis, and issuance of individualized investment recommendations) and (ii) portfolio management (portfolio management services of securities making investment decisions in your name and for your account on a discretionary basis). Accordingly, the CNBV does not supervise any other service that is provided by Plata Inversiones.
