(“PLATA”) is a Mexican company duly incorporated in May 2021 in accordance with Mexican laws, with the mission of becoming the main relationship for Mexican consumers and rewarding their financial lives through inclusion, simplicity, convenience, trust, and security.

Our credit card is backed by MasterCard and is accepted in thousands of establishments in Mexico and internationally. We fully comply with Mexican regulations, and we are duly empowered to issue credit cards and products in accordance with the Law for the Transparency and Regulation of Financial Services.

Likewise, we abide by the provisions issued by the Federal Consumer Attorney's Office (“PROFECO”) on the matter, and we are subject to its supervision. In line with the above, we are pursuing other regulatory licenses to expand our range of products.

The application process will take you about 5 minutes. Once your application has been submitted and approved, you can instantly book an appointment to receive your card wherever and whenever it is convenient for you. We will deliver your card at no extra cost.

1. Pay by transferring funds from other bank accounts using your unique CLABE number.
2. Pay in cash using a reference number or barcode at 7-Eleven, Walmart, Bodega Aurrera, Kiosko, or any of our affiliated stores
